This suburb is a hidden gem of Perth. Not a lot of people know of the area due to its size and location. Its along the train line, few minutes from the river, 12km from cbd, close to airport, costco, dfo and the swan valley. What more could you ask for? Its also quiet, large blocks, going through rezoning. Charming cottages, and renovated federation homes also give it a different feel. Houses are on top of the hill so you can get views of the city if you find the right house or build double story. Eden Hill primary, saint michaels, st columbas and surrounding schools are also really good. We go for walks along the river, and our backyard has a few trees with native birds. Many houses have decks in the backyard to enjoy nature and you can see many stars at night. You feel like your living in the counrty but your still close to the city! Its been a great move here.
