It seems that people have finally caught on to one of the best kept secrets in Sydney. Belmore being only 12km from the CBD was extremely affordable but now with the metro opening next year it's finally woken to its potential. Property prices have gone through the roof but I believe it's still good value for a decent 400 to 500 sqm block in Sydney compared to other suburbs. Such a neighbourly community and so friendly and kind - I know most of the people in my street. Great food and lots of changes happening around the station it will only become more desirable because of its prime position and easy access to all parts of Sydney. it's a great place to live and raise a family.

I've lived in burwood for over 20 years and it has gone from strength to strength. Literally everything I need and want is within walking distance and there are multiple options for everything from food to beauty to healthcare. Extremely safe with a bustling nightlife in Burwood Chinatown we also have a Westfields and burwood plaza. It's really buzzing in the cbd otherwise you can live in the residential side closer to Strathfield and Enfield and still only be a short stroll away from the action and multiple transport options to get you to the city in under 15 minutes. .
