We have now owned & lived in two homes in Graceville...and hate the thought of living anywhere else. We've lived here as singles, a couple with no kids...and recently, as a young family.
It has SO much going for it. Not only is it great for resale value, it's close to everything - city, shopping, recreation, entertainment, transport, the river. It has a great sense of community about it, with excellent schools & general facilities. Our neighbours in both Graceville locations have been really friendly - and everyone seems to know everyone (in a good way).

It's the kind of place we not only want to live in...but would like to invest in also.
