Wellington Point offers a lifestyle that most people would envy, within the CBD but far enough away to enjoy the local environment, bayside and peace and quiet. When we drove through here and had breakfast one morning 15 years ago I knew I had to go back to Melbourne and sell up so that I could be a part of this secret paradise on the foreshores of Moreton Bay. As we drove past the market gardens and the flowering poinsianas I was reminded of a place I had been before and then it came to me, it reminded me of the main island of Hawaii, with its red earth, small village, bay breezes and subtropical atmosphere.

Close to all amentities including great schools, shopping, restaurants and community services, I have no plans of leaving Wellington Point and if you can afford to buy into the area then you will have no regrets.
