+1 for Headland Park. Even before they started the plans for the Maroochydore CBD just a short bike ride away, we couldn’t believe our luck. Still lots of interest in housing here. We are so close to everything and yet have that real sense of serene calm. Very little on the market here and when there is, they go fast. Awesome neighbours, beautiful properties with space and character. Parks, nice restaurants, shops, beach. Feel very lucky to live here.
