Because Rouse Hill is a classy fresh young suburb with lots of services around (i.e. shopping centre, sport stadiums, buses network, bush views, parks and water lakes,...).
We have moved to Rouse Hill in 2009. We love it... school is nearby and my husband works in the Norwest Business centre in Bella Vista.
Now they talking about the new Rail Link to the city, which some say it has been up for talk for some time and nothing has happened. Whether it happens or not, we believe the area will keep on booming and house prices has a lot to go in the next decade.
