Having lived in Hansard Street for the past 20 years, we've seen a remarkable transition from a run-down area to an amazing and in demand upmarket suburb. Close to the city, airport (but without the noises overhead), train station, many local cafes and dining options, large parks and sporting facilities. A 15 minute drive and you're at the beach. The street is whisper quiet as traffic is unable to turn into Hansard Street from the nearby main roads. Overall a great place to live and raise a family!
