Regent street is great. It's close to Public transport and the motorway into the city. PA hospital is a 10 min walk. Stones corner Cafes are a 10 min walk. Buranda shopping village is a 5 min walk. It has a nice green space/park and is a no through road so no cars trying to cut through during peak times.
