Nice! Very quiet and extremely close to the station but you can hardly hear the trains up the other end. Leafy and nice.

Seddon is often missed and most people don't know it even exists - but this is the best part. It's a hidden gem and it's absolutely beautiful. I feel so safe in Seddon and it's just got such a lovely vibe to it. Many young families, close to the city, great range of cafes around. We've lived in Seddon for about 3 years now and will be sad to move as we can't afford to buy in Seddon at this stage unfortunately.
