The wind is ridiculous. Making it a dust bowl and impossible to do anything most of the year. There's a lot of crime, theft, drugs and it lacks any sense of culture, art and creativity. It tries with the numerous little cafes, which have nice decor, yet the vibe just isn't there. Between the lack of any meaningful nightlife, it just doesn't offer anything attractive to anyone who actually wants to live a great life. There are so many comparable towns across the state in the south and in other states, that offer good vibes, art, culture and have no wind! !
