I have lived in Cambridge Gardens for 12 years. We bought our first home here and renovated it as we loved the area and our Neighbours so much we didn't want to leave. All our children have grown up here, riding their bikes in the street and growing up with the Neighbours kids. We have had our car broken into twice but have never had our house robbed or anyone else's house in the street. It's relatively quiet and everyone is friendly. Walking distance to Coles, McDonalds, Subway and petrol station and now close to the new shopping centre at Jordan Springs which has a Gym. Close to a chemist at Cambridge Park which is handy and only 10mins to Penrith CBD and Train station. Have not been too keen on the public schools in the area but the private schools are affordable in Penrith. We will always call this place home.
