Grew up here, Parents are now selling due to crime and wild dogs in the area. Unfortunately these 1960’s/70’s homes are now “flip” houses, people buy them, Reno them on the cheap and sell them to unaware home buyers. Chartwell Park was once a lovely place for kids to play, now big dogs run wild (irresponsible owners) in the recently allocated dog park and leave faeces everywhere. If it's not the dogs it’s teens on motorbikes creating havoc.
