I spent 7 months in Nollamara just prior to getting married and for about a year or so after and I really enjoyed it. The neighbourhood is on the rise as there are many new units replacing old houses. The park is in a convenient location and massive. The City and beach are both within 15 minute drive. Plenty of shopping options around with Nollamara Plaza, Dog Swamp, Karinyup, Balcatta and Osborne park close by. I am unfortunately selling my place as we are upgrading to a larger home.
