I lived / rented at 10 Wyandra Crescent for the past 13 years,
The neighbours are excellent with very little noise / nuisance
Local crime is minimal ( 1 break in within 300m over the past year to my personal knowledge )
I originally rented this 3-bed town house for $450 / w and last year it was $725 /w
Carpets are original, the current online internal photos are incorrect. The back yard requires a lot of work. The front driveway gets very slippery and floods in heavy rain as the drain is constantly blocked. An investment of solar would also justify the $725 / w price tag.
