Extremely pretty place to live. The traffic is quite bad at current but development is well under way to fix it. A nice quiet place where everyone keeps to themselves, very relaxed feel. A fair way out of the way for services such as Uber Eats , Menu log with only Pizza and Chinese available at current. There is no real reason for anyone but locals to venture into the suburb which gives it its quiet relaxed feel. If you want a quiet lazy Sunday feel then this is the place to be. The exception to this is the weather, Midway Point suffers from extreme weather and winds. The trees on the lagoon shores are slanted for a reason as the wind roars through quite often, Don't leave loose items in your yard or they will be blown down the street along with the bin you left out on a Monday night ; )

Great vibe, New housing investment underway (The Mills), Many new shops moving in as the town grows. Medical investment being made by both Government and Doctors buying up historic health care sites to renew and convert into new medical facilities. Extremely pretty town very close to the river with great fishing. Property values have doubled in the last 4 years for good reason.
