Deer Park

"HEAPS OF SHOPS + TRANSPORT+FRIENDLY NEIGHBORS"

Very happy with Deer Park, nice neighbors on my street. Kunat St & Leila St & Quin Estate are the premium areas of the suburb

I have 2 IGA and 2 Coles supermarkets with 700meters of my house.

Takes me only 15min to get to the city from the by-pass.

People look after there homes and development is happening in the area.

New bunnings is been built now.

Still affordable but not for too long

Great for

  • The quinn estate is the best pocket, big newer homes
  • Kunat and Leila st are my favourite streets some beautiful homes there

Kunat Street

"PREMIUM STREET AND POCKET WITH QUALITY HOMES CLOSE TO 5 SHOPPING CENTRES\TRAIN\BUS\SCHOOLS\FREEWAY"

I have been living in Kunat Street located in the Quinn Estate for 5 years.

The area features high quality homes on great size land. Friendly home owners with not much renters at all.

I can walk to the school, train, bus, shops, child care center.

Within 1 kilometre you have.

Deer park village shops (IGA, Post Office etc)
Brimbank Central (Safeway, Coles, Aldi, Kmart, Target etc)
Burnside shopping Centre (Aldi, Coles)
4 Medical Centres

Opening soon,
New Super IGA --- only 600 metres away and Derrimut shopping centre Coles etc next to Deer Park station.

I work in the city and use the bypass it takes me only 15 minutes to get there compared to 35 min on the eastern side.

I love Deer park its the Growth Corridor

Mooltan Street

"Only 3 kilometers to the CITY--Prestige living"

Hi
I have been living in this Ascot Vale estate Travancore for 5 years and love it.

Its only 3 kilometers to the city, close to transport, schools, supermarkets and Parkville hospitals.

Very prestigious area that hasn't reached its growth potential yet but is on the way.

Mooltan street is all quality with million dollar property on a tree lined street.
