Very quiet street which is near Lambertia Park which has a basketball court and playground, and short walk to bus stops on Ferndale Crescent. A quick trip through the alley-way and you're at Ferndale Park. A short stroll across the Canning River/Kent st weir and you're at Canning River Cafe and BBQ areas which also has a dog park. There is a very friendly community not just on Clayton Rd but in all of Ferndale. What's not to like?
