The streets are beautiful and tree-lined and the houses in the suburb are a mix of beautiful heritage and modern flair. It is quite expensive to live in Camberwell but with good justification. The suburb offers excellent amenities, restaurants, transport, many recreation facilities and parks, large blocks, a wide selection of high performing schools, any shopping option you could ever want, excellent quick access to the city, great resell value, safe streets and a great neighbourly spirit. I haven't known another suburb with the same style, heritage and tranquility, without compromising any desirable modern amenity.
