Mostly quiet, can sometimes have fast cars passing through. Walking distance to shopping centre, take away foods, public transport. Close to Fremantle. Great place to live

Location is great and the street is quiet. Medical Centre, Local Deli, Dentist, Physio, Fish & Chip shop situated right near the entrance into Ferris Green. Parks and bushland closeby. Bus service not so good, a short walk to Parmelia Ave but they don't run all that regularly. Train stations at Wellard and Kwinana not in walking distance, but not far by car. Kwinana Hub in the Town Centre not too far away but not a lot of quality shops. It is due for redevelopment so hopefully will improve soon.
