"A friendly and beautiful suburb."
Fantastic community and schools. Lots of clubs, groups and societies and strong social fabric.
Subject to flood inundation in some areas so beware of certain areas - particularly along the tributary that flows beneath Bridge street and across the lowest section of Bathurst and Torrens Streets.
An amazing place to live.
Great for
- Community spirit
- Great Schools
- Good services - medical centre, pharmacy, online access centre, tennis club, etc
Not great for
- Public transport is limited and costly
- Flood inundation in some areas
- Can be difficult to cross the main street in peak tourist season.
