I am an Investor of 25 years round Adelaide and my search has led me to Lewiston. ONLY reason I am extremely bullish is that the Expressway is ready , Adelaide -Lewiston commute is only 25 minutes and brand new suburb of Riverlea (round the corner) is developing insanely FAST. The acreages in Lewiston are huge compared to the money you'd spend for a tiny block at Riverlea. This would be a Millionaires club area very quickly! A mix of country and urban living at its finest!
