"Best Family Suburb around"
Quiet and extremely friendly. No hoons screaming up the road at night and able to feel safe to let children walk around by themselves.
The school is excellent and has a fantastic community spirit.
Lake Gwelup itself is fantastic to walk around.
Best Pizza and Fish & Chips available at the local shops.
