Ungarra is a quiet little town, but close to all facilities including shopping and medical in both Tumby Bay and Cummins. Ungarra has the best primary school on the Lower Eyre Peninsula , so it would be a great place for a young family to raise their children. The locals are friendly and welcoming.and there is a strong sense of community. There is a local Sporting complex and there is a post office in the town too. There is also a local bowls club and a CWA.
It is only a short drive to all the great surf beaches on this coast, where you can catch some great surf or maybe some fish for dinner. Most of the time you will have the whole beach to yourself. Its great! Ungarra is home to many species of birds and other wildlife and farmers have some of the best farming land in the region.
Ungarra would be a great place for anyone who enjoys a relaxed lifestyle.
