"A town divided by newcomers and long time residents"
Great for
- Most people are friendly and helpful
- Quiet streets
- Community feeling is still here, something missing from other nearby towns
Not great for
- Noisy at times - factory, hoons and trucks
- Long time residents and new comers tend to keep to themselves and tend to have different views on how things should be
