Quiet street and very friendly. Close to the "world" famous LA LUPA pizza. Feel like you are living in the country, however its only an hour drive to the city and all freeway driving via the westernport hwy. Three local schools with one being private. Sat on my roof and watched the famous Tyabb Airshow 2010. Minimal noise from tyabb airport. Very comfortable allowing children play in the front garden.
