Some good stuff here but mostly if you want to stay indoors and not go outside. Too busy and noisy with all the traffic and neighbours doing loud things. This is for those who need to find somewhere simple and cheap and don't want to wander outside or let their kids deal with the local deliquents. Use a private school.
