Since expanding to beyond the railway line, Deer Park has become home to a multitude of diverse residents. There are numerous parks scattered throughout along with schools, doctors and grocery stores. The centralised railway line makes getting around easy, however if you choose to drive you will find the new bypass provides a 15 minute commute to the city with minimal traffic. Deer Park also has a sense of community rarely seen today.
