North Strathfield

"Central to everything"

North Strathfield is a quiet little suburb 11km from the CBD and central to all amenities. 10 minutes to Burwood Westfields or Top Ryde Shopping Centre, 5 minutes to Rhodes or Strathfield shopping, 2-3 minutes to DFO (Direct Factory Outlet) and Sydney Markets so 12 out of 10 for retail therapy.

George St the heart of North Strathfield has a Harris Farms and an Aldi and surrounded by a few cafes, restaurants and other small shops, a Fitness First gym, a bowling alley and a carwash which are all pretty convenient as well. Being close to surronding suburbs like Five Dock, Concord and Burwood the cafe lifestyle is pretty good as well.

Residents of North Strathfield will also have a choice of Concord West Station or North Strathfield station for transportation which is very convenient and being on the Northern line there is still room to get a seat even during peak hour which isn't the case for some other train lines. Travel to the city by train is approximately 30 minutes.

With house prices and rents still relatively affordable in the area, and not too far from the CBD, this suburb has alot of potential.
