Dandenong North

"Exclusive and private Rosewood Down Dandenong North"

I am staying at Rosewoord Down area - Outlook Drive.
It is peaceful and quiet place, exclusive and private. This is what i like the best in this small surburb/area. Less complicated.
This suburb itself is not crowded if you do not like a lot of people within a suburb :)

I am lucky to have good neighbours beside us they are nice, friendly and helpful.

- Easy access to public and private hospital and schools
- Many childcare centres, churches
- Great parks and reserves are very close to the area
- Dandenong North esp Rosewood down is consider high demand but low supply suburb and housing prices is on affordable range compare to Mulgrave and Rowville.
- Most of the house are built in the 70s, so it is mostly build on site and pretty good quality houses and houses are pretty big.
- Traffic is low to average and speed bumps in the area forcing the hoons out of the area
- Recent improvement of the street and repainting.
- Easy access to freeways such as M1 and Eastlink.
- Train station is far away unless have to take a bus and thus less dodgy people/neighbours
- Nearby shopping center within 15 mins drive - Waverly Gardens, Dandenong Plaza, Stud Road shopping center, Knox.
- Nearby public golf course. retirement living area
In general, if you are staying within Rosewood down area, it is generally a good place to stay.
