Prestige Avenue as the name states is very prestigious with very large houses and a park (Francesco Oval) off it. All houses on the street are very beautiful and are all maintained to the highest level. All neighbours in the neighbourhood are friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend people considering to buy a house in the hills district to buy on this street!!!

Bella Vista is a very family friendly environment with lots of parks and great schools for families to send their children to. 2 new train stations are being built in the suburb and there is plenty of other forms of public e.g. buses. This suburb has very large houses that are on the more expensive side of the scale. I would definitely encourage families to buy here!!!
