I've lived in Bray Park for 5 years and live behind the Bray Park high school. It is a quiet, safe area. People are great. Close to all the shops and transport. I work in the city and the travel time by train is 35 minutes. Great walking tracks lots of greenery and wild life. Good area to invest in. Property prices are always increasing and many homes are being renovated (including my own). Good place for families, singles, professionals etc.
