If anyone planning to live in Austral - just a caution to never do this life mistake.
It is a worst suburb probably in Australia.
Any South-west suburb other than Austral is better, as it is a totally neglected suburb with ZERO infrastructure- no transport, no amenities, no schools (the public school is over crowded to more than 1000 students) and about 800 cars in the mornimg dropping kids and pick up.
This is not what a newly developed suburb does - it is advertised as demanding because of the New airport, but Austral is a worst piece of suburb in South west Sydney.

Living in Leppington is 100 times better than living in Austral.

* the community living around Austral aren't professional decent crowd unlike neighbouring south West suburbs, which are a better behaved crowd.
Overall honestly to say Austral suburb is entirely misleading the new buyers, no wonder there are lots of sales if built home, as the living standards in the Austral neighbourhood doesn't have a good vibe.

It is very very disappointing to see this happen.
Initially it was expected to get better, but with extremely below standard infrastructure and having a Million dollar property is extrmely disappointing
