Don’t waste your time. This place has gone downhill — fast.
Under new management and it shows — all the gear, no idea. The warmth, service, and good vibes from our previous visit? Gone.
Instead, we got:
• A rude, dismissive attitude.
• Told the kitchen was closed at 2pm — even though the venue clearly stays open until 5pm.
• A 49-minute wait for a basic cabinet sandwich to be toasted — with just three customers present.
• A confusing explanation from staff who said they were “making it” — if the kitchen’s closed, how does that work?
Meanwhile, staff were deep in "clean down" mode like it was 4:50pm, not 2pm.
Add a 10% weekend surcharge (for what exactly?) and you’ve got price gouging on top of poor service. “Under-trained” would be generous.
Check the likes on their low-star reviews — clearly, we’re not alone. And if management reads this: copy-paste responses don’t fix anything.
This is now just a glorified takeaway hole-in-the-wall with zero regard for customer experience. We won’t be back.
