Peaceful neighbour, if you have a car shopping is cheap and many options,waverley garden shopping centre 7 min,chadstone s.c. 20 mins.,dandenong plaza 5 mins,knox s.c. 15 mins., freeways like eastlink and M1 within reach in 5 mins.,not expensive likes of clayton and mulgrave,schools nearby,pizza places

Great for

Big papa's pizza.......... cheap and awesome
Some good schools
Dandenong market for fruit and veges
Necessicities Close by. Good schools
Waverley Gardens is OK
Cheap Housing

Not great for

Need a car, but if living in the outer suburbs it is nessesary any way
