Lincoln Avenue

"A good quiet street for families."

Lincoln Avenue is located in the north western area of the City of Whitehorse, and all facilities are accessible with a good bus serevice about a five to ten minute walk away - depending on your fitness as it is uphill to the main road.

Parks are close by as are schools both Secondary and Primary, with the Eastern Freeway close at hand giving quick (not in peak periods!) to the CBD and to the outer eastern suburbs (e.g. Ringwood).

Hospitals, both Public and Private, arre only a ten-minute drive away and have excellent facilities. The public hospiial has an ED and is expanding in the future. The private hospital is said to be state of the art and is close to the public hospital.

Whitehorse City Council is open to suggestions, which are carrefully considered and acted on according to their merit. Also there are monthly Contact Meetings in this Ward (Elgar), apart from January, at which the local Councillors (2) are usually in attendance to spea to the groupand to listen to any suggestions from the members attending.

Lincoln is a fabulous place to live. Tucked away, very pretty, with little traffic other than residents, yet has everything at your finger tips.
