It's nice and quiet with some very nice restaurants. People keep to themselves and I personally feel safe walking around, even at night.
Several highways surrounding the suburb make commuting easy and it's barely 18km from the CBD.
Metro station is opening in October 2026 so getting to the city will be much easier.
New hospital under construction in Bankstown which is just 5 mins drive.
Plus there are major plans to develop/upgrade the town centre. Probably a good time to buy since it's still affordable.
