A small village just 7 minutes drive from the town of Young. Has it's own school. Conveniently located on the Olympic Highway.

Looks like a town in its decline. Old shops, empty shops, fading paint and generally run down look to the main shopping district. Wandering out into the surrounding streets, plenty of older houses, many in a state of disrepair, with very few looking like they were built in the last 30 years. It would take a lot to reinvigorate this town, I would suggest avoiding it.

For a small town it has a lot of big town amenities. A good shopping district, including several major chain stores. Good employment prospects. A substantial youthful population, three primary schools, two high schools, a tafe. Good sporting facilities, across a very broad range of sports.
