i was born here, worked and lived in sydney and perth, but have returned home as my parents passed away recently, they bought a new home here in 1951, my dad always said hed never leave the place, never had a problem with crime or anyone, loved the people, owned a small business here and would always offer or be offered a helping hand by friends or neighbours, its all about community, if you dont work together as same you wont have a happy place to live, my folks paid 7,500 for their first home in shepherd street wynnum north, it just sold for 572k, thats wynnum, rock solid growth, good people, the next 10 years will see wynnum boom............
