"Quiet Neighborhood at the top of the lake within walking distance to shops and plenty of transport."

On Beautiful Sun filled afternoons Fresh Lake breezes draft up cocle creek, across the golf course, Its pretty good just to look out onto sugerloaf as the sun goes down.

Hi, I am about to move from Sydney to Newcastle region, and we're interested in living in Argenton.
My only concern was that the Sewerage Treatment Works is just on the other side of the lake. I was wondering if you ever smell the odour of the sewerage, or if it is always well contained.

I mean no drama. But I do not suggest Argenton. I lived there for around 1 year. Terrible. I suggest more areas around...
