We have been living in Vermont parade since 2011 and love the close proximity to all that Greensborough has to offer. The street is quiet and the neighbours have all been friendly and welcoming. Lovely tree lined street with many older homes being renovated. Vermont Parade has to be one of the best streets in Greensborough.

We have moved back to Greensborough from Ivanhoe as it has more to offer us than Ivanhoe did. There is much less Graffiti than Ivanhoe and the shopping is much better. Eating out is also cheaper and the choice of restaurants is great ! House prices are much more affordable and you get alot more bang for your buck. Public transport is fantastic and the streets are green and clean. We have just extended our home in Vermont Parade and we plan to stay here for a very long time as we can walk to everything Greensborough has to offer and people are very friendly.
