We Bought a "Liitle" 2 bedroom House on a HUGE block (no different/bigger to the 2 bedroom Unit we had in Parramatta without the Block) Back in 2000. I must Say 12 years on We will never look back. We have really great neighbours that are friendly but not in your face.We would not normally shop at the Lalor Park shops we would go to Westpoint Blacktown as it's 5 minutes away with ample parking. Castle Hill and Rouse Hill are not far Either if you are After some retail therapy. Like most Suburbs in Sydney you have a mix of all types of people. The good & The Bad. Dont let the other Negitive comments deter you from considering Lalor Park as your Home.
Im sure we have DOUBLED our investment and If I think about, if Im still here in another 12 Years or so I will be living in the Centre Sydney.
