Small rural town about 23km from Mareeba and 5km from Atherton. Within 15km Tinaroo dam with its boating and camping facilities. House prices in the Rangeview estate are on par or slightly more expensive that Atherton, but have the advantage of blocks being in the 1 acre plus size. Some properties are rentals but most are owner/occupier. Generally a well kept and tidy area.
