Moulden

"Insurance premium free suburb,"

Insurance companies don't charge you annual premium, cause all the criminals live there, and they don't steal from their own backyard/suburb. Ah, the seranity of sirens doof doof music, one stop drug shops. Why would u want to live anywhere else? It's the base for our indigenous cousins to visit from their communities where it's no alcohol over there. They're creative too; making letter boxes out of VB cans using cask wine bladders as pillows once emptied and refilled with your tap water. Not to mention the free cultural music show of corroborrees in the parks till early hours of the morning.

Politis Court

"Politis Court is the best street in Moulden"

All private homes in the double ended court. No through traffic, has two beautiful parks. Neighbours are lovely and quiet. No housing commission transient people in the street. All house proud neighbours. In five years the house has never been broken into, and not heard of the neighbours either and I have young kids. I don't doubt the top end of Moulden has it's socio economic problems. But in Politis Court, you get real value for money and not with the hefty price tag like woodroffe and roseberry, where all the break ins and other crime are. This bottom pocket end should be a suburb on its own.

Great for

  • Quiet and friendly,
  • newer modern houses not typical of moulden
  • No through road with two parks

Not great for

  • The stigma of the moulden name

Who lives here?

  • Professionals
  • Singles
  • Families with kids
  • Retirees
