The minute we laid eyes on the place, it was like an oasis - far removed from it's surrounds. Not that there is anything wrong with the vast bush reserve and parklands surrounding it and shielding it from typical "suburbia". We lived in West Pennant Hills prior and so I am fascinated by the lush greenery, topography, birdsong and bush surrounds here at Stonecutters Ridge (so akin to Cumberland Forest!) and it so easy for me to say despite the Western Sydney location, the surrounds easily compare. We fell in love with the area, even long before all the amenities have been completed....just envisaging the finished product was in itself euphoria and so we promptly secured a block (they are not the current typical "squishy" blocks being sold everywhere currently and the price is not that bad at all) and so we are now on the verge of fulfilling our dream home and living in "Paradise". Not to mention my second dream of chasing birdies and building a decent handicap next to Greg Norman who so happened to be a part of the Golf Course's design. Kudos to Medallist Holdings for their vision!!!!!!!!!!!!!
