Empire Street would have to be the filthiest street in Footscray.
It would appear that all residents of the street, think that it is their right to just put rubbish out onto the grass in front of their place of abode. This varies from rubbish to clothes to electrical items to mattresses. In fact even recycling material is put out onto the street a metre from the recycling bin but not in it.
It would appear that most of the residents feel like they are still living in their home country, which obviously doesnt care that they just put their rubbish out on the side of the road. Well if you are going to treat it like your old country, why dont you go back there.
