It's a very convenient location for young families. 3 minutes drive to Eastwood town centre for dining and groceries shopping. Also 3 minutes drive to West Ryde town centre, which has Woolworth and Coles open till midnight. Within 10 minutes drive to Ryde Hospital, which has emergency services. A couple of minutes drive (about 20 minutes walk) to Denistone train station to catch a train to the City, there are a lot of street parking for commuters. Trains are all stops from Denistone to Strathfield then only stops at Burwood and Redferm before getting to Central. It takes only 31 minutes. The trains are starting from Epping station, so no issues getting onto the train even during morning peak hours.
After about 5 minutes walk up through the Dunshea street, you can enjoy an astounding view from Parramatta to the Harbour especially at night. It's a bonus to enjoy the new year eve Harbour Bridge firework show just 5 minutes walk from your door step.
