Doctors, Eastlands Shopping centre, Service Tas, Library and cinemas are all only 3-4 minutes drive. Bounty Street is flat and level great for long walks or taking the pooch for a run. Views of Mt Wellington are good from Bounty Street. What more can I say other than housing is affordable and life can be as good as you want to make it because you have eveything at your doorstep when you live in Bounty Street Warrane. Warrane is a great place to live.
