"Friendly and spacious"
Small street, however confusion as people look for conservation drive. Plenty of accessable parks and walking tracks. Lovely neighbourhood with spacious blocks and good access to the city. Looking forward to the arrival of the train station.

"Affordable housing, close to walking track"
Nice street, however getting in and out of the estate is challenging. Highly rented area with little love shown in the neighbourhood. Access to facilities and transport is very limited.

- Close to Skeleton Creek
- Neighbours tend to keep to themselves

- Traffic getting in and out of the estate a challenge
- Not many neighbours maintain their houses well
- No facilities
