I was first home buyer when I moved in Hampton Park. The reason I bought from here four years ago was simply because it was affordable. You rarely hear anything about Hampton Park but it has quietly changed and improved so much. The longer I live here the more I love it! I live on a nice and quiet Court with very friendly neighbours which I always feel grateful for. It takes me 10 mins walk to Hallam train station. 1min to bus stop and 5mins drive to Aldi, Coles or Woolworth. 10 mins to fountain gate shopping centre. We have nice local shops and café to go to, many school options and easy access to freeways. I am a single female professional and haven't had one moment feeling unsafe here. There were times that I forgot to lock my house door and went to work for a whole day, or parked my car at the front and left the car window completely open. nothing ever happened. of course I told myself not to do it again... The house price has increased a lot but still reasonable compare to some other suburbs and definitely having heaps more potential to grow.
