Frederick Street

"Frederick St is one of Balwyn's most modest addresses."

It's a thin road, easy to miss, heavily parked, and difficult to navigate in anything larger than a Honda CR-V. It's five minutes walk from Whitehorse Rd - home to a cinema, a McDonalds, and a supermarket with late opening hours. There are two small parks and a kindergarten at the end of the street, and Balwyn High is a short walk away..

Dods Street

"Brunswick has no greater location"

The quiet of a suburban cul-de-sac only a few seconds from the suburb's busiest corner. Sydney Rd and Barkly Square are conveniently at your doorstep and Jewell station is the exact distance of one cigarette away. Parking is not a problem - the Edward St carpark backs onto Dods.
